It wouldn’t be a true Vogue event without a touch of young Hollywood glamour—and on Sunday night, Euphoria star Hunter Schafer brought exactly that to Vogue World: Hollywood, helping bridge the worlds of fashion and film in spectacular style.
For the occasion, Hunter Schafer swapped her signature floor-length gown for something far more unexpected: an original costume from Sally Potter’s 1992 gender-bending masterpiece Orlando, famously worn by Tilda Swinton.
The evening’s show also included a vivid reinterpretation of Powell’s design for Orlando, created by Valentino. Model Alex Consani brought the haute couture vision to life, donning an ivory silk faille circular cloak with an exaggerated ruff collar, a black gazar top, a cream peasant blouse, and matching bloomers—finished with a black felt and gold lamé headpiece and teal silk moiré sandals adorned with pearls and studs.
