Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster are officially stepping into the spotlight as a couple.
Almost a year after rumors first circulated about a possible affair between the Music Man Broadway co-stars, the pair made their red carpet debut together at the premiere of Song Sung Blue on October 26.
The duo looked radiant as they smiled for the cameras, both dressed in sleek all-black looks. Hugh Jackman, 57, exuded classic charm in a black tuxedo and tie, while Sutton Foster, 50, stunned in a satin slip dress that perfectly complemented her partner’s ensemble.
In Song Sung Blue, directed by Craig Brewer, Jackman stars opposite Kate Hudson in a biopic about musicians Mike and Claire Sardina, who perform as Lightning & Thunder in a Neil Diamond tribute band.

The public appearance comes just months after the X-Men actor finalized his divorce from longtime wife Deborah Furness in June 2025. The couple, who announced their amicable separation in September 2023 after nearly three decades of marriage, had initially kept details private. But following the finalization of their divorce, Furness released a statement that hinted at heartbreak and healing:
“My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,” Furness shared. “It’s a profound wound that cuts deep; however, I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us.”
According to sources, Jackman’s alleged affair with Foster was reportedly a factor in the dissolution of his 27-year marriage. Around the same time, Foster filed for divorce from her husband of 10 years, Ted Griffin, in October.
After months of speculation, Jackman and Foster seemingly confirmed their romance earlier this year, when they were photographed holding hands during a dinner date in Santa Monica. Since then, the Music Man co-stars have kept their relationship largely private — until now.
