Mark Wahlberg is proving once again that age is just a number. The 54-year-old actor was spotted looking incredibly "jacked" while vacationing in Barbados with his wife, Rhea Durham. The couple, who have been married since 2009, turned heads as they displayed their toned physiques on the beach during their annual holiday retreat.

Wahlberg, known for his extreme dedication to fitness, went shirtless, showcasing his well-defined abs and muscles. Meanwhile, Rhea, 47, looked stunning in a mint green one-piece swimsuit. The couple was joined by their daughters, Ella (22) and Grace (15). Barbados has clearly become a tradition for the family, as they were seen at the same destination last year.

The actor’s physique is the result of a legendary (and intense) routine. Back in September 2018, Mark Wahlberg shared his typical workout schedule, which notoriously begins at 2:30 am. His day includes two workouts, cryotherapy, and golf, all before a 7:30 pm bedtime. His commitment is so high that even while traveling, he makes special arrangements. In June, sources told Page Six that a luxury gym in New York "opened its doors before the crack of dawn for him to have the whole gym to himself and a friend."
Despite his busy schedule, family remains his priority. This getaway follows a tough month for the family after their daughter Grace suffered a horseback riding injury. At the time, representatives told Page Six that Grace was “doing well and recuperating,” and that she would be back to riding soon.”
