Meghan Trainor is standing firm on prioritizing her health over public opinions after dropping her latest single, “Still Don’t Care,” which touches on the criticism she’s faced following her weight loss journey.
The “All About That Bass” singer recently responded to remarks about her appearance after revealing she had lost 60 pounds and undergone a breast augmentation.
Despite the negative chatter becoming “louder,” the 31-year-old—who shares sons Riley, 4, and Barry, 2, with husband Daryl Sabara—insists she has “never felt better.”
"I’m literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level and I've never felt better and I look incredible. I feel great," she told Entertainment Tonight on Nov. 12. "And that's when people attack me."
The Grammy-winning artist stressed that her well-being comes first, no matter the criticism:
"I'm taking care of myself," she said. "I have to find a way to not be affected by that."

Meghan Trainor has been open about the steps she’s taken to achieve her transformation. Earlier this year, she discussed using the Type 2 diabetes medication Mounjaro as part of her weight loss strategy.
"I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me," she wrote on Instagram. "I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy."
She added, “And I’m so glad I did, because I feel great.”
Beyond her weight loss, Meghan Trainor has openly discussed her cosmetic enhancements. Last year on her Workin’ On It podcast, she admitted to overdoing Botox, but she’s also shared one procedure she fully stands by.
"I got my dream boobs and they are gorgeous," she told E! News in March. “I had two babies, I pumped everything out of me and then I lost a bunch of weight, and my boobs were like ‘we’re not boobs,’ you know?"
She added, “I was like, ‘I’m going to get some new ones,’ and that was my dream.”
